This one day course focuses on the basic First Aid procedures as well as CPR, and choking procedures for adults (8+). It is recommended for anyone interested in basic rescue procedures for immediate threats to life. The course involves theory as well as practical exercises.
Upon completion of the course you will receive a certificate that is valid for 3 years.
Standard First Aid (St. John

This two day course contains all components of Emergency First aid as well as dealing with bone and joint injuries, eye injuries, burns, medical conditions and heat and cold emergencies. The Standard First Aid Course includes adult (8+) resuscitation procedures, and can also include child (1-8 years of age) and/or infant (less then 1) resuscitation procedures if requested. The course involves theory as well as practical (hands on) exercises.
Upon completion of the course you will receive a certificate that is valid for 3 years.

Specialized CPR courses are also available. If you only require a CPR course it can also be arranged for you. The length of the course will vary depending upon what Level of CPR is required.
